A leading data centre owner/operator required support for the development of its investment and execution strategy for the Middle East and specifically the GCC. To do this the Client
retained Level 0 to provide local market knowledge and expertise to analyse metro markets (demand, supply, regulatory environment, land availability, potential partnerships) and develop
an investment road-map and execution approach.

How Level 0 engaged

The study included a details analysis of demand and supply cOnditions, assessments of regulatory considerations (especially telco), mapped out availability of land/power/telco availability for each metro, and identified development options and partnerships.
