Project Development and Concept
A telco operator is developing a plan to deliver a new submarine fibre route and required support for the development of a concept brief to develop its landing station and a large co-
location data centre for carrier cross-connects and edge capacity for hyperscale customers. To do this the Client needed due diligence of land options, the development of a concept brief,
and construction costs for its business case.

- A concept brief for the data centre was developed and a test fit for the short-listed land option was produced.
- Construction cost estimates were produced and the team worked with the Client's finance team to build the financials for the asset's whole lifecycle.
